Jesuit waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Mountainside Mavericks as they made off with a 65-39 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Crusaders also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

The win got Jesuit back to even at 8-8. As for Mountainside, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-9.

Jesuit and Mountainside should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Oregon Rankings. Jesuit (ranked 18th) will meet Sunset (ranked 71st) at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Similarly, Mountainside will challenge Aloha at 7:00 p.m. on January 28th up 176 places (50 vs. 226).
