Basketball Game Preview: Turner Trojans vs. New Glarus Glarner Knights

The Turner Trojans will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against the New Glarus Glarner Knights at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.

Last Friday, Turner ended up a good deal behind Edgerton and lost 60-46. While losing is never fun, the Trojans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 332nd, while the Crimson Tide are ranked 123rd).

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Saturday New Glarus sidestepped Dodgeville for a 71-69 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Glarner Knights.

This is the second loss in a row for Turner and nudges their season record down to 2-5. As for New Glarus, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.
