Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Jose Almonte: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He also threw for zero yards , helping propel Passaic past Eastside by a score of 16-14. We hope Almonte's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Almonte and Passaic will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Kennedy on the 17th.
