Basketball Recap: Arts Academy at Benjamin Rush Takes a Loss

Arts Academy at Benjamin Rush had lost three straight at home, but on Thursday they dropped down to 1-10 to make it four. They were outmatched by the Parkway Northwest Hoyas and fell 52-17. While losing is never fun, the KNIGHTS can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 737th, while the Hoyas are ranked 192nd).

As for Parkway Northwest, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 10-1. They have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 21 points or more this season.

Parkway Northwest got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kahleem Jordan out in front who posted 15 points. The matchup was Jordan's fifth in a row with at least 15 points. King Bullock-Bey was another key player, putting up 12 points.
