Softball Recap: Hanna Comes Up Short

Hanna was the 9-1 winner over Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Hanna Golden Eagles came up short against the Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial Wolverines on Thursday, falling 17-4.

Kaitlyn Flores made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-2. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in March of 2024.

Hanna's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Hanna will square off against Donna at 1:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial, they will take on Los Fresnos in a tournament on Saturday.
