Football Game Preview: Osceola Warriors vs. Pinellas Park Patriots + How To Watch

Osceola is 0-6 against Pinellas Park since August of 2015 but things could change on Thursday. The Warriors will take on the Patriots at 7:00 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Thursday.

Osceola's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. Everything went their way against St. Petersburg as they made off with a 26-0 win. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Osceola's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB seven times. The heavy lifting was done by Dustin Martin and Leland Valentine, who racked up five sacks between them. Thanks to that big game, Martin is now up to 10 sacks on the season.

Meanwhile, Pinellas Park had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three last Friday. They were the clear victors by a 28-3 margin over the Vikings. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Patriots have posted against the Vikings since August 31, 2018.

Pinellas Park's win came from a few key players Osceola will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Frankie Cherry, who threw for 166 yards and one touchdown while completing 78.9% of his passes.

Pinellas Park now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Osceola, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.

Osceola took a serious blow against Pinellas Park when the teams last played back in November of 2024, falling 49-13. Can the Warriors avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
