Football Recap: Rye Starts off Right with Win over Manitou Springs + How To Watch

Rye gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 28-3 margin over the Manitou Springs Mustangs. This was payback for the Thunderbolts, who suffered a 33-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

Jackson Bjorum had a dynamite game, rushing for 160 yards and two TDs while picking up 7.6 yards per carry. Those 160 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.
