Baseball Recap: Colfax Comes Up Short

Colfax was the 6-2 winner over Freeman when they last played one another on April 6th, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldogs came up short against the Scotties on Tuesday, falling 7-1. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Colfax saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Caden Inderrieden, who went 2-for-3 with one run.

Colfax's loss dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Freeman, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-8.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Colfax beat the Scotties by a score of 7-4 later that day.
