Carmel barely beat McCutcheon the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Greyhounds blew past the Mavericks 3-0 on Monday. Winning may never get old, but the Greyhounds sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

The win didn't come easy: McCutcheon scored at least 21 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-23, 25-22.

Will Lloyd paced Carmel's offense, picking up nine kills. Lloyd got some help from Shepard Spidel and his 28 assists. Ian Czarnecki and Eli Philistin-Lynch kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Carmel pushed their record up to 11-7-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for McCutcheon, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-8-1.

Carmel wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Brownsburg on the 6th. As for McCutcheon, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against North Putnam on the 8th.
