Volleyball Recap: Kenesaw Extends Winning Streak to Four

Kenesaw entered their tilt with Deshler on Saturday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Dragons. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

Sophia Schukei paced Kenesaw's offense, picking up 18 kills. Schukei got some help from Morgen Kauk and her 32 assists. Mckinnley Kroos and Maggie Uden kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Kenesaw's victory bumped their record up to 22-6. As for Deshler, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-17.

Looking ahead, Kenesaw will square off against Shelton at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Deshler, they will take on Silver Lake in a tournament on Monday.
