Flanagan-Cornell falls despite strong effort from Kesler Collins

It was a good run, but the Flanagan-Cornell Falcons unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Thursday. Their2023 ended with a 60-41 defeat against Serena. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Flanagan-Cornell has scored all season.
Despite the loss, Flanagan-Cornell still got an impressive performance from Kesler Collins, who scored 15 points along with nine rebounds and three blocks. The match was Collins' 15th in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Connor Reed, who scored ten points.
Flanagan-Cornell's defeat dropped their record down to 11-4. As for Serena, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.
Flanagan-Cornell and Earlville will face off at 6:30 p.m. on December 29th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Earlville is looking to tack on another W to their seven-game streak on the road. Serena and Lexington will face off at 8:00 p.m. on December 29th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Lexington has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 195 points over their last three contests.
