Soccer Recap: Colfax Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, Colfax was a bit more limited in their match on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Oakmont Vikings by a score of 1-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in January.

Colfax's loss dropped their record down to 8-7-1. As for Oakmont, their record now sits at 7-5-5.

Colfax didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Mira Loma on the 7th. As for Oakmont, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Lincoln on the 7th.
