Baseball Recap: Midwest Central Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Midwest Central's offense. They lost 15-0 to the Tremont Turks on Tuesday. The match marked the first time this season in which the Raiders were not able to get on the board.

This is the second loss in a row for Midwest Central and nudges their season record down to 1-6. As for Tremont, their record is now 10-3.

Looking ahead, Midwest Central will venture away from home to face off against ROWVA/Galva/Williamsfield at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Tremont, they will host Fisher at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Bunnies have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11 runs per game on average), something the Turks will no doubt try to take advantage of.
