Volleyball Game Preview: Rowland Raiders vs. Wilson Wildcats + How To Watch

Rowland is on a three-game streak of home losses, and Wilson a five-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Wednesday. The Rowland Raiders will welcome the Wilson Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. The two teams each escaped (but just barely!) with wins against their previous opponents.

Rowland was handed a three-set loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over Covina. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Raiders as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

Meanwhile, Wilson hadn't done well against Charter Oak recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. The Wildcats narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Chargers 3-2.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Wilson got the one that really mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 24-26, 25-20, 16-25, 15-13.

The victory got Wilson back to even at 12-12. As for Rowland, their win bumped their record up to 10-12.

Rowland beat Wilson 3-1 in their previous matchup two weeks ago. Will the Raiders repeat their success, or do the Wildcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
