Volleyball Recap: Appleton West Takes a Loss

Appleton West lost against Arrowhead back in September of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Terrors fell just short of the Warhawks by a score of 2-1.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Appleton West sadly wound up on the wrong side. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 23-25, 15-13.

Among those leading the charge was Dylan Bonne, who had five digs and two aces.

Appleton West's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Arrowhead, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Coming up, Appleton West will host Neenah at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rockets will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Terrors surely won't give up without a fight. As for Arrowhead, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Nicolet on the 30th.
