It's playoff time, and Berry had no trouble coming through when it counted. They never let the Marion County Red Raiders get on the board and left with a 13-0 win on Monday. The Wildcats' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Berry pushed their record up to 16-15 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.5 runs over those games. As for Marion County, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-13.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Berry beat the Red Raiders by a score of 6-5 on Tuesday.
