Basketball Recap: Susitna Valley Takes a Loss

Susitna Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 39-31 to the Galena Hawks.

Susitna Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Galena, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Susitna Valley will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Unalaska at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Galena, they will take on Jimmy Huntington in a tournament on Thursday.
