Baseball Recap: Cinco Ranch Comes Up Short

Cinco Ranch lost against Tompkins last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Cougars took an 11-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Falcons. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cinco Ranch's defeat dropped their record down to 10-15-1. As for Tompkins, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-6 record this season.

Cinco Ranch wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 10-4 win against Mayde Creek on the 8th. As for Tompkins, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 5-2 loss against Seven Lakes on the 8th.
