After failing to score in their last contest, Richwoods made sure to put some goals up on the board against Peoria on Monday. They put the hurt on the Lions with a sharp 8-0 victory. Considering Richwoods have won seven games by more than three goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Peoria from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Sydney Swisher led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Richwoods' win bumped their record up to 13-5-4. As for Peoria, their loss was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-9.

Looking ahead, Richwoods will take on Pekin at 8:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Peoria, they will head out to take on Danville at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
