While West Jefferson put up some runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Fairbanks. The Roughriders blew past the Panthers 10-0. Considering the Roughriders have won ten contests by more than six runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

West Jefferson's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-3. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Fairbanks, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Jefferson will host Madison Plains at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Golden Eagles will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something the Roughriders surely won't give up without a fight. As for Fairbanks, they will welcome Grandview Heights at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
