Shade had already won seven in a row and they went ahead and made it eight on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Northern Bedford County. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on Wednesday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-12, 25-18.

Kennedy Landis paced Shade's offense, picking up 13 kills. Landis got some help from Lowen Mincek and her 11 assists. Finally, Landis was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high six blocks.

Shade's win bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Northern Bedford County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-14.
