Basketball Recap: Chandler Takes a Loss

After flying high against San Luis back in December of 2024, Chandler came back down to earth. 2025 welcomed the Chandler Wolves with a 69-46 loss courtesy of the Oak Hills Bulldogs on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Wolves have suffered since February 7, 2024.

Chandler's defeat dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Oak Hills, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season.

Chandler will head out on the road to square off against Gilbert at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Oak Hills, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Desert Mountain at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Oak Hills knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past ten matches -- so hopefully Desert Mountain likes a good challenge.
