After fighting through an injury his junior year, the nation's top safety goes with the Longhorns.

The 6-foot, 193-pound senior at
Nacogdoches (Texas), who missed most of his junior season due to injury, rebounded to record 135 tackles and pick off two passes to earn second-team All-American honors.
On Wednesday — National Signing Day — Jones made his college choice, picking Texas.
Ranked the 40th-best recruit in the country by 247Sports, Jones was expected to pick between Texas A&M or Texas.
