Soccer Recap: Omaha Central Takes a Loss

While the 1-1 score might suggest a draw, it was the Papillion-LaVista South Titans who were credited with the victory on Tuesday. The Papillion-LaVista South Titans got it done in the shootout by posting five goals to the Omaha Central Eagles' four. One thing that didn't help Omaha Central's chances was the red card they were dealt courtesy of Luqman Salad.

Omaha Central's goal came courtesy of Siidi Adan, who's now up to four this season.

Omaha Central's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Papillion-LaVista South, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.

Omaha Central has already played their next game, a 4-1 victory against Millard South on the 5th. As for Papillion-LaVista South, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Millard West on the 3rd.
