Calhoun waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Ingleside Mustangs by a score of 6-2. The Sandcrabs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Mustangs, too.

Calhoun's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-9-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Ingleside, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8-1 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Calhoun will venture away from home to face off against Jones at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Ingleside, they will square off against Cuero at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The last three games Cuero has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
