Basketball Recap: Tyler Comes Up Short

Tyler lost against Wahama back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Tyler Knights took a 62-56 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wahama White Falcons.

Tyler's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Wahama, they pushed their record up to 7-3 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Tyler has already played their next contest (against Ravenswood), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Wahama will be playing at home against Gilmer County at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Wahama knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight matchups -- so hopefully Gilmer County likes a good challenge.
