Basketball Recap: Pebble Hills Spartans vs. Eastlake Falcons
After flying high against Socorro last Friday, Pebble Hills came back down to earth. The Pebble Hills Spartans came up short against the Eastlake Falcons on Tuesday, falling 56-33. The matchup marked the Spartans' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.
Leading Eastlake to victory were Braeden Quigley and Tristan Anderson-Edmond. Quigley dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds, while Anderson-Edmond went 6 of 14 on his way to 14 points and six rebounds. The dominant performance gave Quigley a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Oscar Ornelas, who posted six points.
