            Volleyball Recap: Union Knights/Damsels vs. Tidioute Charter        
        
		
        
        
            
Union needed a changed in momentum after dropping four straight games and they got it from  Lillian Hayden. The Knights/Damsels walked away with  a   3-1  win over Tidioute Charter  on Monday with plenty of help from  Hayden, who  had 42  digs and four  aces. Hayden is  crushing it when it comes to  digs: she's   had at least ten every time she's  taken the court this season.
 Union was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least 11 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 23-25, 25-10,  25-14.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Union to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Brianna Anthony, who  had 19  digs and five  aces. Those  five  aces gave  Anthony a new career-high.  Brooke Hileman was another key player,  getting 14  kills and 11  digs.
 They weren't the only good server: Union  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 15  aces. They are  a perfect 4-0 when  they serve at least ten aces.
Union's victory bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Tidioute Charter,  they are  on  a  five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 0-5.
 Union has already played their next contest,  a  3-1  loss against Allegheny-Clarion Valley on the 23rd. Tidioute Charter has also already played their next  game (against Cochranton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
