Basketball Game Preview: Randolph Cardinals vs. Winnebago Indians

The Randolph Cardinals are taking a road trip to take on the Winnebago Indians at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this game.

Last Tuesday, Randolph ended up a good deal behind Bloomfield and lost 54-40. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Winnebago unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a hard 49-33 fall against Ponca. The contest marked Winnebago's lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Winnebago now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Randolph, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.

Randolph came up short against Winnebago when the teams last played back in February of 2020, falling 75-67. Can Randolph avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
