Basketball Recap: Whitefish Comes Up Short

Whitefish was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 47-45 heartbreaker at the hands of the Bigfork Vikings & Valkyries. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Bulldogs have suffered since February 6, 2024.

Whitefish's loss dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Bigfork, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-12.

As of now, neither Whitefish nor Bigfork have any future games scheduled.
