Basketball Recap: Columbus Takes a Loss

Columbus pushed their score to 62 the last time they played Bronx High School of Science, but on Thursday they couldn't quite do it again. The Columbus Sharks took a 28-24 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bronx High School of Science Wolverines. The Sharks just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Columbus' defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Bronx High School of Science, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Columbus has already played their next matchup, a 40-17 win against Lehman on the 14th. As for Bronx High School of Science, they will welcome Roosevelt Educational at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bronx High School of Science is facing Roosevelt Educational at the right time seeing as Roosevelt Educational is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
