Basketball Recap: Sandy Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Sandy can now relate to. They fell 73-66 to the Gresham Gophers on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Gophers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 70-68 back in February.

Sandy has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-15 record this season. The win made it two in a row for Gresham and bumps their season record up to 12-13.

As of now, neither Sandy nor Gresham have any future games scheduled.
