Basketball Recap: Bethel Comes Up Short

Bethel was the 39-35 winner over Miami East when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Bethel Bees fell 45-37 to the Miami East Vikings on Saturday.

Bethel's loss dropped their record down to 14-6. As for Miami East, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-9 record this season.

Bethel will look to defend their home court on Monday against Bradford at 7:30 p.m. Bethel is facing Bradford at the right time seeing as Bradford is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. Miami East has already played their next match (against Anna), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
