After losing to Manitowoc Lincoln the last time they met, Pewaukee decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Pirates walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Ships on Friday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Pirates.

Mia Hudson paced Pewaukee's offense, picking up ten kills. Hudson got some help from Hannah Padilla and her ten assists. Hudson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Pewaukee's win bumped their record up to 15-7. As for Manitowoc Lincoln, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-10.
