Wayland entered their tilt with Wyoming on Thursday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They blew past the Wolves 7-1. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 6-3 victory on Monday.

Wayland saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Easton Williams, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Bredan Byrne was another, going 2-for-4 with one run and one RBI.

Wayland's victory bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Wyoming, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-5.
