James Logan is a perfect 10-0 against Kennedy since May of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Colts are taking a road trip to challenge the Titans at 4:00 p.m. James Logan's pitching crew has only allowed three runs per game this season, so Kennedy's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
On Wednesday, James Logan got the win against Alameda by a conclusive 7-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Colts.
Gabriella Garcia spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on three hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Nevaeh Hall-Flores, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March. Ava Medellin was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.
Meanwhile, Kennedy came up short against Moreau Catholic on Tuesday and fell 10-7. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Danica Harper and Hannah Cornell did some serious damage despite the final result: Harper scored a run while going 1-for-4, while Cornell scored a run while going 2-for-3. Harper also put up a double, which was her first of the season.
James Logan's win bumped their record up to 11-2-1. As for Kennedy, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-4.
Fans could be in store for some top-tier slugging on Thursday. James Logan hasn't had any problems when it comes to power this season, having averaged 0.6 home runs per game. However, it's not like Kennedy struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 0.4 home runs. With so much power on both teams, it'll be down to the pitchers to keep the mound locked down.
Everything went James Logan's way against Kennedy in their previous matchup back in March, as James Logan made off with an 11-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Colts since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
