Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lake Ridge Academy). They enjoyed a cozy 74-57 victory over Grand River Academy on Monday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

The victory made it two in a row for Lake Ridge Academy and bumps their season record up to 3-10. As for Grand River Academy, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lake Ridge Academy will head out to take on Lawrence Upper at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Lawrence Upper has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 209 points over their last three matches. As for Grand River Academy, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Andrews Osborne Academy at 6:00 p.m. on February 13th.
