Starting off the list is Worth County/Northeast Nodaway's Landon Wilmes, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. On Friday Wilmes rushed for 283 yards and seven touchdowns while picking up 14.9 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. Levi Mcafee produced his most outstanding game to date while leading North Andrew to the win on Friday. Mcafee rushed for 266 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 9.5 yards per carry. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 62 yards.
North Andrew's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-4. Mcafee and North Andrew will venture away from home to take on Stanberry at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Keeping Mcafee company is Braxon Linville, a fellow North Andrew player. He wasn't messing around on Friday, rushing for 215 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 12.6 yards per carry, and also throwing for 39 yards and a touchdown. The match was his fourth straight with two or more rushing touchdowns dating back to last season.

He torched the secondary when he pulled down a catch that went for 74 yards.

Chase Cline and Co. Win Seventh in a Row
Chase Cline was instrumental in extending Albany's winning streak to seven on Friday. Nobody could stop Cline as he rushed for 84 yards and a touchdown on only five carries, and also threw for 134 yards and two touchdowns. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 73 yards.
This year, Cline has thrown 14 touchdowns while averaging 103.9 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after seven games last season, he was only averaging 20.86 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 55.43 rushing yards.
