Hunter Larsen and Cristhian De La Cruz secure win for Lexington School for the Deaf

The Lexington School for the Deaf Blue Jays can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent game on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Varsity Opponent with a sharp 71-47 victory. Winning may never get old, but Lexington School for the Deaf sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
Lexington School for the Deaf was led to victory by Hunter Larsen and Cristhian De La Cruz. Larsen scored 21 points along with five rebounds, while De La Cruz scored 27 points along with six rebounds and two steals. De La Cruz is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last five games he's played. Another player making a difference was Robinho Cruz, who scored eight points along with six assists.
Lexington School for the Deaf's win bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Varsity Opponent, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 376-1350-2.
Lexington School for the Deaf won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Hallen at 3:45 p.m. on February 7th. Hopefully Lexington School for the Deaf focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up ten on Tuesday. As for Varsity Opponent, they will stay at home for another game and welcome DASH at 4:30 p.m. on February 6th.
