Baseball Recap: Richland Rebels vs. Advance Hornets
Richland extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to 16 on Monday, dropping their season record down to 0-9 in the process. They lost 16-1 to the Advance Hornets. The Rebels were not able to make up for their defeat to the Hornets from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.
As for Advance, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 8-9. Their hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Hamlin tossed 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Advance is 2-1 when he allows at most two walks, but 6-8 otherwise.
