Recap: The School of Los Angeles vs. Stern Titans
The School of Los Angeles lost against the Stern Titans back in January of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The School of Los Angeles received a tough blow as they fell 64-50 to Stern. The School of Los Angeles has struggled against Stern recently, as their game on Saturday was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.
Leading Stern to victory were Jr Romero and Mark Bautista. Romero scored 19 points, while Bautista scored 26 points. Bautista is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last six games he's played.
The School of Los Angeles bumped their record down to 2-6 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Stern, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.
The School of Los Angeles will be playing at home against Smidt Tech at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Stern will be staying on the road on Monday to face off against Camino Nuevo Dalzell Lance Campus at 2:00 p.m. on January 22nd.
