Volleyball Recap: Lowry Takes a Loss

Lowry was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dayton Dust Devils. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Dust Devils this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in September.

Lowry's defeat dropped their record down to 8-17. As for Dayton, their win was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-7.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Lowry will square off against rival Fernley at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Dayton is set to take on their familiar foe Churchill County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
