Terry won the last time they faced Northwest Rankin and things went their way on Friday too. The Bulldogs secured a 55-49 W over the Cougars.

Several Cougars players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jordan Samuel, who posted 14 points. Christopher Sanders also deserves some recognition as he posted his first block of the season.

Terry is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.0 points over those games. As for Northwest Rankin, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.

Terry didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 50-47 defeat against Ridgeland on the 25th. As for Northwest Rankin, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 64-62 win against Enterprise on the 24th.
