Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Paris). They put the hurt on the Pittsburg Pirates with a sharp 8-0 win on Friday. Caroline Gillem was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

Paris pushed their record up to 5-2-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those five games. As for Pittsburg, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Paris wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 6-2 win against Community on the 28th. Pittsburg has also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Mount Vernon on the 28th.
