Queen's Grant has gone a perfect 3-0 against Corvian Community recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Queen's Grant Stallions will be playing at home against the Corvian Community Cardinals at 4:30 p.m. Queen's Grant will be strutting in after a victory while Corvian Community will be coming in after a loss.

On Thursday, everything went Queen's Grant's way against Langtree Charter Academy as Queen's Grant made off with an 18-3 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Stallions.

Addi Benton spent all three innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and one unearned) runs on one hit and racked up seven Ks.

On the hitting side, Queen's Grant got a massive performance out of Alyssa Steele, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with four RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Melissa Detweiler was another key player, going 3-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one stolen base.

Meanwhile, Corvian Community unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 12-3 to Queen's Grant on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Cardinals in their matchups with the Stallions: they've now lost three in a row.
