Football Recap: Pass Christian's Victory on Friday Extends Winning Streak to Three + How To Watch

Pass Christian extended their winning streak to three on Friday, bumping them up to 5-1. They enjoyed a cozy 28-14 victory over the Greene County Wildcats. For the Pirates, this counts as revenge for the 33-25 win the Wildcats walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Paris Trivillion was his usual excellent self, rushing for 185 yards and one score on only 13 carries, while also throwing for 100 yards and one TD. Those 185 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Cecil Lizana, who rushed for 78 yards and one touchdown.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Pass Christian was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 301 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

As for Greene County, the loss was their first at home , dropping their record down to 4-2. The contest marked their lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Greene County's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Gage Stinson, who rushed for 25 yards and one score, and also threw for 149 yards on ten of 15 attempts.
