Laton won the last time they faced Alpaugh and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Mustangs blew past the Buffalos 23-12. The Mustangs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 matches by ten runs or more this season.

Laton got a massive performance out of Emmily Mares, who got on base in all five of her plate appearances with four RBI, two runs, and one triple. That triple marked the first that Mares has hit this season. Madison Heffley was another key player, going 3-for-5 with two stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI.

Laton always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .667. They are 13-4 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Laton is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-10 record this season. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 11.2 runs. As for Alpaugh, they dropped their record down to 10-7 with the loss, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.
