Basketball Recap: Mount Airy Christian Academy Find Success

Perry Hall Christian came into Friday's game looking for another win against Mount Airy Christian Academy, but Avery Witter wouldn't allow it. Mount Airy Christian Academy enjoyed a cozy 49-34 win over Perry Hall Christian on Friday thanks in part to Witter, who posted 18 points in addition to five boards and five steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Mount Airy Christian Academy's points.

Mount Airy Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Perry Hall Christian, they dropped their record down to 0-8 with the loss, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.
