Sherwood had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat the Atholton Raiders 78-32. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Atholton's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Mike Davis, who posted ten points. Another player making a difference was Cameron Lyons, who scored 14 points.

Sherwood has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-2 record this season. The defeat snapped Atholton's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 14-10 record.
