Softball Recap: Glenn Comes Up Short

Glenn fell victim to Davie and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They fell just short of the War Eagles by a score of 1-0. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Bobcats were not able to get on the board.

Glenn now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Davie, they pushed their record up to 11-2 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Glenn will head out to challenge Atkins at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Davie, they will be playing at home against West Rowan at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The War Eagles' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Falcons have averaged an impressive 7.1 runs per game this season.
